W203 Headlights.. Compatible with W209?

Are W203 headlights the same as the ones used on W209 cars?

They have their own part number, so on that basis, I would doubt it.
Someone here will know the definative answer I am sure.
I know the radiator grilles are slightly different between the W203 and W209.
