W203 M111 headrest drop and headlight leveling inop

Hi,

I have a 2001 W203 C200 Kompressor with M111 engine.

The rear headrest release and headlight level adjuster are inoperative.

Since both systems run on vacuum I think they are the result of a single failure somewhere in the vacuum source.

Can someone spend a little bit of time describing the vacuum system on this car ? A schematic and component location will help a lot.

Both systems used to work but only with the engine running, so I assume they run on engine generated vacuum but not a electric vacuum pump.

Anyone can suggest where to start looking / testing ? All visible vacuum lines in the engine compartment are in good condition.
