w203 new key shell

Our 203 key shell is starting to break down. It looks a simple job to replace the circuit board from old to new but has anyone found a good quality replacement? I assume there is oem and that it will come at a price or is it a case that sometimes oem is actually cheaper?

Just done this for my 2009 CLK. You don't say if you have a 2 button, 3 button, 1 battery, 2 battery key, you need to check before buying. This is the one I purchased from ebay easy swap & seems to be good quality.

My 2-button (estate car) shell shed lumps some years ago. I could only find 3-button shells on ebay but it turned out not to be a problem. The relevant symbols lined up with the microswitches, job done. It has lasted many years so far and shows no signs of deterioration so far.
