W203 parcel shelf speakers (again.. sorry)

Hey everyone,

I picked up a 2004 270 CDI **********e SE last week. The cars great, but I'm getting a strange rattle from the back left speaker at certain bass ranges. (I'm assuming its a sub woofer?).

I've been trawling though forums all morning looking for information. I've been told these cars can come with standard MB speaker setups, BOSE or an HK system.... Is there an easy way to tell which setup I have? Also - any ideas where I might find a replacement speaker? I've already tried Ebay, but im not having much luck.

I had a rattle in mine - turned out to be the grille. They managed to damage the new grille so it rattled again. Second attempt was fine though.

It will say on the speakers if you have HK or Bose.
Bose was on the pre-facelift 203s; HK on post facelift.

If it does not say either, then you have probably got bog-standard issue speakers
