W203 What Is Service A ?

Hello to all,
This is my first post and I hope I will be able to keep up with all of you. I own a 2006 W203 C230 Japan Spec. The car is the 1.8 4 Cylinder and not the European 2.5 V6. Service A is pretty near and I was wondering since the Service manual is in Japanese what the mechanics do during Service A? Is there a list of jobs to be done during Service A?

There's really not much to A or even B service - both are basically an oil and filter change and then lots of checks. Other work is done on time and or mileage, ie brake fluid every 2 yrs. I have a diesel so not sure on plugs, but think it's something like 4yrs or 60K miles.
