W203 with Vieso MBU-1000 question

I have just purchased this unit and all works.
My question is, my phonebook has loaded fine and i can select by name and call with no problems. But.....when someone calls only the number comes up on the COMAND screen and not the name.
How can i get the name to come up and not the number because like most people i dont recognise the number and would like to see the name of the person come up as is stored in the phone book.

I think this is due to how the numbers are stored in your phone. If they have +44 then they probably dont match the incoming callerid. No match = no show.

Try it on a number that is stored with just the STD code and then number.

Most of my numbers do not have the +44 in front, so thats not it.
