That would need a new fitting as the reflector is different.
TBH if lamp and ballast have been replaced, and you have proved the supply I would claim for replacements under guarantee.
Otherwise replacing with Chinese kit would be cheap,
a kit of 2 lamps and ballasts used to be arounf £14, if I remember correctly.

What are these??I’m not sure what these are but would buy them

This is an example.
These people, and other suppliers, call 5,000 Kelvin warm white. Usually warm white is considered to be around 3,000 or less.
The 5,000 in my opinion will be cool white, blueish, but around the colour temp of most on the road anyway.

I've listed the H7 which would do for a standard lamp conversion, aside from the beam pattern being off and causing possible issues to oncoming traffic.
But check the type of lamp your enclosure will take.
