w203 Xenons - straight swap?

Ok great, thanks for the quick reply.

Is it costly to get these fitted by a dealer (including coding etc)?

Is that auction for a single headlight?

They are a straight swap but as has been said will need coding. They will also need self-leveling sensors and loom to be 'considerate' to other drivers.

Not sure a dealer will fit them without the required additional parts (as defined by MB's retro-fit papers)

Yes it is for a single head light, i have seen another one on ebay (to make a pair).

What additional parts/costs will i be looking at to install these?

Well as posted above by Whitenemesis:

self-leveling sensors and loom, and also headlamp washers. If you want to be completely OEM you would change the headlamp switch too (the Xenon version doesn't have the manual adjustment for the light height).

Coding is relatively cheap, it's just the other bits that make it complex (assuming you want to do it as per factory spec). It would work without those other parts.

Ok thanks, i will give the garage a call tomorrow & look into everything inc costing etc.
