Finding that Becker mappilot refuses to mute radio on new C Class Coupe. Dealer suggests I just mute it and keep an eye on the screen - now that is a major safety issue.

I e mailed Becker for guidance but have been referred to Merc handbook and dealer which is far from helpful.
Now invited to bring to dealer for a technician to revisit - that is after spending an hour there this afternoon.
Sounds like two companies opting out of their responsibilities. Most disappointing, but i'm not going away.
