W204 2011 Petrol Coupe, AGM battery swap

My father has an almost brand new AGM battery in his Vauxhall Diesel Insignia. Its a beast that was fitted by RAC and now he's giving up driving.

My question was even though I'll check spec so its ok for a swap to my 2011 Mercedes Coupe, does this model have a BMS that needs resetting ?

I have the iCarsoft MB v2.0 but it doesn't have a BMS menu for my car model on it. I looked up a few YouTube videos and its a very simple job but no mention of BMS issues?

Did mine recently, didn't need to reset anything.

New Battery cured Stop Start. | Electronics and Audio

The original battery on my E250 was dated 2014 and began struggling recently to start he car. The stop start function had also stopped working so main battery looked suspect. Just had a new battery arrive and promptly fitted it. Stop Start is now back to fully working and the Eco button goes...
