Hey guys

I have read through BlackC55's DIY on doing the 722.6 flush which is great - however I am still a little confused about draining my TC. I have been reading some conflicting advice.

I have taken two photos from under my car. The first photo shows the banjo bolt coming back from cooler with cooled fluid (I think):

However, this is the opposite banjo bolt that you BlackC55 disconnected? Am I wrong, is this actually the line coming back with cooled fluid?

Some people seem to just disconnect the banjo bolt and let it drain into a tray for 2 or 3 minutes with engine running. What do you make of that? Would it be messy draining from that spherical union?

Thank you!

I'm just looking to unequivocally determine which line is coming back with 'cooled' fluid, and therefore the one to disconnect. ;)

I also would like to hear anyones experience of having coolant gushing out of one of those lines with the 'spherical union' end :D
