W204 c class jacking point replacement

Does anyone know how to pull out the old w204 c class jacking points on the car In order to replace?

There's a plastic screw type rivet I've turned but won't still come out.

Any tips please

I have a feeling you only have to turn the rivet thing 1/4 turn to release it - had to replace on a while ago, and I think that how it works.
