W204 c class sport, dull thumping from front right wheel at low speeds on roughish road surfaces

Hi, just joined this forum as I’ve bought a W204 c class sport 2010 plate 70,000 miles full Merc history, but on low speed over roughish roads I have a dull thumping noise rom right hand front. The left is fine. I wonder if any of you know what the problem may be?
It rides fine on smoother roads and at speed.
