W204 c200k m271 engine video opinions please

As some of you might know i get clicking noise when I start the engine on a cold start for around 20-30 seconds and then goes away but flawless when engine is warm.

Does the engine sound normal ? Also there's a noise near the air filter box does that sound Normal between 5-10 secs
