W204 C220 CDI turning over but not starting

Hiya, looking for some advice/help please. I have a 2014 W204 C220 CDI which has developed an intermittent issue. It’ll start but then after a couple of seconds it will cut out. Sometimes it starts again no problem after that, other times it just turns over and various messages flash up, these include power steering malfunction, abs and traction control unavailable. On occasions it starts and runs with no issues at all. If anybody has any ideas to a possible cause it’d be much appreciated, thanks

You will be advised by other members to get it checked out by the experts, either a good independent Merc specialist of by mercedes dealers. That’s the best advice, especially if you don’t use spanners.

It’s almost impossible to give you any help from the info you have given but in the days of steam I would suspect a crank position or cam position sensor but it could be anything, hence the above.
