W204 C220 offset

Hi everyone, I'm new to the forum and this is my first post. I've recently bought a w204 2010 c220 and want to upgrade from 16 inch to 18 inch alloys. I'm a bit confused about the wheel offsets. Any wheels I've looked
[/LIST] at on Gumtree and eBay say that they will fit my car but have different offsets. Does anyone know in which range of offset I should stay within?

Hi Paul and welcome.

The handbook for the car lists all the recommended wheel & tyre fitments, including the offset (ET). I'd suggest starting there.

w204s take et40+
make sure u get the centre bore 66.6. do not use spigot rings and make wrong size bore fit the axle.
