W204 C220D DIESEL PREFACELIFT EXHAUST OPTIONS?

Hi guys, quite new here, I recently got myself a 2009 C220d saloon 2009, by no means is it a power hungry c63 but it’s still quite the upgrade from a polo I had previously

I have a few questions:
1 - Exhaust options, I’ve seen online a cobra quad tip exhaust available if I purchase the Amg rear diffuser. Is there any other option for this model?

2 - prices!! Why is everything for the pre face lift carbon fibre and £300 + pounds?? I want to purchase a few mods for looks, diffuser, side skirts, grille and it’s ludicrously expensive for pre face lift. Is there any reputable sites I’m missing?

3 - mods? Any other fellow 220d w204 owners here ? I’m quite new to Mercedes’ and very new to tuning / upgrading cars, what’ve you guys got? What do you recommend. I’ve done a bit of browsing on here and it seems it’s either for the facelifted version or for 250 spec +

In my opinion quad tips is too much visually on a non AMG car .

Dual is sweet though .





Mercedes electronic throttle bodies ( drive by wire ) usually have a throttle pedal lag delay from software to eek out fuel economy and reduce CO2 emissions .

Instead driveabilty is impacted and makes it unpleasant to pull out of junctions or join a roundabout . A electronic throttle controller will transform this to a 1:1 foot to throttle plate opening relationship like the good old drive by cable .
