Was driving earlier today really low on fuel and suddenly had had a loss of power. I stopped and 30mins later started it up and still got the loss of power now accompanied by the Engine management light in orange.

Any suggestions on how to reset it maybe as I've now put some diesel in, which was strange because the pump kept clicking off when filling it...

You're not supposed to let diesels run out. It's bad for them... The fuel pump and injectors can be damaged as they overheat apparently. :dk: You have to "prime" the system, but I don't know having never had a diesel.

I didn't let it completely run out but I've never got it to the point where it stops telling you how many miles you've got left and just shows you a picture of a fuel nozzle by the car. Should have had at least 20miles left on it as it stopped showing the range at about 40miles to empty.

I guess maybe as I've never run it so low it was all the ****ty fuel that's be sitting there for years.
