w204 c320 cdi 2009 - oil leak?

Hi guys, went to top up washer bottle and noticed what looked like a oily substance near the bottom of the rad, car has Merc tier 1 warranty until March 2013 so should be covered but would welcome any opinions on what could be leaking. Will book car in ASAP.

Update

Car finally went in today, it's a leak from the gearbox intercooler hose seal, unfortunatley it's not covered under the Tier 1 warranty. They are asking Mercedes for a goodwill contribution and should find out on Monday.

Total cost would be:

£175.92

£116.40 Labour
£1.90 O-ring x2
£24.30 Oil line
£4.00 Pan head screw x4
£29.32 VAT

TBH I'm a little annoyed that I should have to pay anything and I let them know I wasn't particularly happy with the situation. I bought the car from them 10 months ago and have only done 8500 miles so far. They did waiver the £10 excess charge and the 20p a mile fuel charge on the courtesy car(about £10).

Fingers crossed they will pay something towards it.

Heard back from mercedes today and they are willing to pay 72% towards cost of repair leaving me with £49.26 to pay. Im happy with this better than nothing.
