Hi guys just purchaced a W204 C63... im looking at getting the catless IPE headers... will this give me the 550ish bhp? How will this sound? Do i need to remove the secondary cats also to give me 550 bhp? How will it sound with the secondary cats removed? Will it be too much drone?

With a remap to allow the throttle plates to open fully, E63 style , it should be close.

Catless IPE headers will sound ferociously loud to the point of unpleasant after a while.
An IPE wouldn't be my choice. I'd begin with removing the resonator for extra volume.
An exhaust change alone won't give you 550bhp. As above it will need a good remap from somewhere like MSL performance or GAD.

Congratulations on your purchase. What a car. MSL can do you sports catted long tube headers for a decent cost and remap - worth speaking to them. That's what I'd have done with my 6.2 if I kept it (missing that car
