W204 C63 Sat Nav upgrade

Hi, I'm in the hunt for a sat nav upgrade. I'm new to the Merc jargon so not up to speed on the technical end as yet. Anyone help me out?

Was able to get the upgrade sorted from eBay, I have the two dvds here if anyone wants to buy them and sell them on again.
