w204 command aps dvd map update

Hello to all!

Recently I purchased w204, with command APS, really satisfied with car, but maps are a bit old.

So I was thinking of purchaseing New DVD to update maps, but I am not sure if I can immediately update to latest version?

Here is what I plan to buy

Hi Benko, Ive recently purchased a late 2008 C220 sport with the command system and am in the same boat, the current Sat Nav is horrid & really needs updating.

There are plenty of posts about updating NTG4 - mine included! It's not difficult as the dvd's for NTG4 are re-useable. Just be certain they are genuine, as copy discs can and have caused problems up to and including turning the Comand into a useless brick (expensive!).
