Hi
I've searched online for an answer to this issue and have only been able to learn that there isn't an obvious answer.
Now that the weather has turned cooler, when I start the car from cold, there is a rushing of water from behind the dashboard.
I had a similar years ago on a different car and was down to air in the cooling system trapped in the heater matrix.
Similar questions raised online have suggested there is no special mechanism other than to run the car until up to temperature with the reservoir cap off, massage the radiator pipes and top up if required.
I've tried this twice now, once on the flat and once with the car pointing uphill however the issue still persists.
Can anyone suggest anything additional I can try?
Thanks.
