Loads they are all broadcast in Blocks most regional stations have digital but there are a lot of complaints about reception in MB

Yes. scan to the next ensemble using the >> at bottom of menu. Multiple DAB stations are broadcast in ensembles (i.e at 1 frequency) - I guess yours is tuned to the BBC ensemble.
