W204 dashboard parking sensor display grill

I have had my C class a few weeks now and the quality is clear. There is one annoying rattle though which is the parking sensor display grill on the dashboard. I can see from photos on the web it is held on by clips but how do I get it out so I can put some felt in between it ?
Can it be pushed from underneath ? But how do I get to it
or
Can it be prised out from above ?

Any advice would be appreciated
