w204 facelift c250 transmission issue

when cold it works fine nice gear changes etc.
When warmed up and driven for a while about half an hour to 45 mins then it loses drive.
If I put the accelerator down fully, revs will go up, when it passes 2500rpm it tries to move sometimes does move a little bit and vibrates violently as it moves. then revs drop and go up again even though pedal is still kept down.
reverse and drive is the same.
once cooled down it works fine again.
No lights on dashboard. any ideas what could be cause and what i can do to try and fix?

You should have the vehicle connected to Mercedes Star system and have the error codes read.

ok will have to be during week then,

So the problem started befote the ATF change, and it is still there?

Purchased it damaged so haven't any idea what it was like before.

The code I had was 0894 - the gear is implausible Or the transmission is slipping. Tcm was replaced already.

Checked again today i am now also getting p0731 and p0732 which i believe are 1st and 2nd gear ratio issues. Would incorrect oil level cause this or would it be speed sensors / tcm
