W204 FL Front Leds

First of all, greetings. I am Ugur from Turkey. I am new in MB Club UK.
I've got a question about the front LEDs of the W204 FL. Yesterday I went to a Mercedes-Benz service and asked them if they were able to help me but they said there is no solution for that situation. Here is my question. Is it possible to light both C shaped LEDs and the normal straight LEDs on the bumper together on the daylight? No matter with software or hardware implementation?

This is how I want it, both lights on at the same time in the day light (without bi-xenons of course). Is there any way to do that?
A - C shaped LED
B - Normal bumper LEDs
