W204 rear diffuser

Hi everyone, 1st post so here goes.

Ive got an 09 c220 cdi sport and im looking to put quad tailpipes on it. I need the correct rear diffuser. All the ones on ebay see to be facelift ones. Will they fit?

A prefacelift OEM c63 diffuser will fit, tabs should be similar placement and fit relatively issue free with minor mods if any
