W204 retrofitting 2012 amg flat bottom wheel ?

Hi guys

I just bought a new wheel and as you can see by the pics it came complete with
Steering column too
This also has the speed limiter and cruise control stalk.

So my question here is can this be easily put into my 2008 w204 ?

I have star so not afraid to do some coding

Id really like to get the cruise and lim stalk working too
Im sure that would mean a bit of coding to the ecu tooo
Where the buttons for the wheel i believe sould need the front sam coding
I fit 2012 rear led lights and recoded the rear sam to get the leds eorking right

So if anyone can point me in the right directikn here id greatly appreciate it

I assume you have the airbag. If it is a MY2012 steering wheel it can go on your car. If it is a MY2013 it wont.

Don't know if the switch pack will work (never tried it), but to make Cruise control work you need to do a whole load of extra stuff (data card update, coding various control units, etc etc)

I installed the wiper stalk module
It was plug in an away it went once wheel was connected
Wheel fully works
Airbag module is here tomo

What do i have to code in as i spoke with a mercedes tech today and he said i only have to code the steering column control module !

As said above, you'll have to do a data card update, and then SCN code a whole load of modules. You can't really do this without Online Star Diagnosis (i.e not a clone) and the ability to update data cards.

Talk to Alfie ([email protected]) and he can quote to do this for you.
