W204 seat squab swap

My W204 is now 8 years old with the mileage approaching 133k, and the drivers seat squab (artico) is looking tired from the many hours coping with 13.5 stone of pure English posterior. Does anyone know if I can swap the seat squab with the passenger side? I realise the seat controls are on the wrong side - I am thinking about just swapping the cushion?
