W204 Service Book

I bought a 2010 Mercedes C220 W204 a few weeks back but there was no service book which I can get stamped at each service, is there one supplied with the car when new? Also is there a user manual for this car?

Yes it it all done online. You should have been supplied the digital service book print outs

As above, it's all done online, any dealer or independent who is registered to update DSS digital service book should be able to print of the history for you providing it had been registered on the system
