w205 19" alloy wheel swop anyone for 18" alloys

hello

so have just purchased a new w205 amg c200 saloon


however, it will arrive with the 19" amg alloy upgrade (it was pre specified)

i want the car to have 18" amg alloys.

anyone willing to consider a straight swop for the alloys from their w205?

mine will be brand new - car due for collection 24/12

so someone with a new car either just arrived or arriving shortly would be preferred

Lovely car mate, what suspension you've got there prespec? if its Pneumatic than 19 inch allow wills will be filling still comfortable for owners who doesn't have pneumatic suspension 19' wheels won't feel so comfortable as 18' wheels.

May I ask if anyone can advise of what the implications, if any, of fitting these 19" wheels to a 350e saloon with Airmatic suspension and 18" option wheels would be please?

- Suspension or other mechanical/electrical/vehicle adjustments?
- Insurance adjustments or future hassle?
- Government PHEV grant reporting?

I know two people collecting 350e vehicles next week with 18" wheels. They may be interested in this trade if The Boss likes those wheels.

1) Why is the car coming with the multi spoke 19's? A £595 option I think. It it a cancelled order that had them on? Or did you order them and now changed your mind? Or was the car bought from stock?

2) Why are you so keen to change them? Is it purely looks or ride and handling? The 18" AMG Line alloys now come with standard tyres, all 19" are run flats. Is that the reason? If you end up with 18's on standard tyres, you'll have to think about a spare maybe?

3) Tell me to mind my own business if you want.

4) I'll get ma coat.

5) Does me bum look big in this?

it was a pre order that i got from free release stock, and there were so few cars available that ticked many boxes.. this one did.. ideally it would be a beige interior on one we were offered but wasnt happy with the blue exterior..

so the 19" wheels were the only niggle on this specific car.. i didnt choose the spec.

i think 19s are fine.. on the 212 they ride better on 19s funnily enough, but i said to myself any new car will not have such big wheels.. just kerbing and other issues that i want to avoid.
