W205 2011 audio help

hi all i have a 2011 w205 and quite franky the fitted sterio sucks , its satnav thats wa out of date with buletooth , but ut douse not support high bit rate audio streaming , and it must be something like 20 W flat out , no amp in boot no sub woofer , i suspect its command , of some sort ,


my question is this if i rip it out and retro fit my 2 year old JVC 7 inch touch headunit , do i lose any funcnality , i have Star to set it as not having a satnav so it wont show up on the dash i did this to my w204 ,

also are the speakers worh changing , i hade bose in my old c class ,
