W205 Front left crash sensor internal fault

Hi all,
My 2016 W205 is showing active blind spot and active lane assist inoperable. Diagnostic reading says front left crash sensor has internal fault but shows no error codes.
Any advice on what and where the sensor is and any further testing would most welcome.
