Hi My good lady is having issues with the new c220 AMG bluetooth
all was working okay
now when she selects a number from the phonebook list
it disconnects however if she dials via the phone it works??
she ain't a happy bunny wants her Audi back

What version of iOS is on the phone, and has it been updated since the phone was originally paired with the car?

I'd suggest deleting the authorisation for the phone in the car, and deleting the Bluetooth connection for the car on the phone (Settings > Bluetooth > (i) symbol for the connection > Forget This Device), and then re-pair the phone to the car.

done that already to no avail



IOS 6.XX was working perfect no update of the IPSW.

From memory there was one version of iOS6 that I had issues with regarding stability of Bluetooth connection to the car. Is there any reason you can't update it to iOS7.x.x (although that doesn't explain why it did work but now doesn't).
