Just before covid, I had my 2015 C250 Bluetec remapped by MSL.

Occasionally it will slightly skip on hard acceleration.

Anyway, the car went in for a service and a code C007362 "The delivered drive torque has a malfunction. The signal comparison is faulty."

I took it back to MSL at it's last service, and the guy said he 'dialled it down a bit' whatever that means, but the codes still keep appearing.

Any ideas ? Does it need to be remapped again ?

Anyone know what sort of warranty MSL offer on these kind of problems ?

Ring MSL ?

In your position I'd ask MSL to remove the map completely. I don't see huge gains on a 250D anyway.
Acid, the owner of MSL is extremely accommodating in trying to solve any remap issues, and I would assume the guy who "dialled it down a bit" simply reduced the boost.
Ask them to put the car on Star and see what fault codes arise and deal with the fault as it occurs.
When I had my E63 remapped there, I signed a waiver accepting any damage caused by a remap was my responsibility, but I know Acid and his team do try to ensure the customer is happy.
