W205 wheels on w204? Do they fot whoth no rubbing issues.

I am looking at changing my wheels on my w204 for a set of 18inch from a w205. I have done abit a research but keep looking at what seems to be conflicting information.
I have read that the tyres on the rear need to be changed is this the case with the 18s or is this just for the 19s?
Any help would be greatly appreciated before I fork out for a pricey set of wheels and them not fit.

Rears are likely to be 255 35 18. Fronts 225 40 18.

Following, I have the same problem.

The rears I see are 8.5" with 245/40 which would not work if working from the table on the sticky. But equally there are reports they fit OK??
