Hi all, have a 350cdi from new, 85000miles, full MB service etc, after a trip of 450miles, next day key would not activate anything, I assumed key fob battery dead, replaced battery, still dead, charged main battery, with a battery conditioner, no difference, just about to call mobile and I wiggled the gear lever and everything comes on and car starts
. no problem for 5 days, leave car for a week and its the same problem, is there an inhibitor switch on the gear mechanism, I can change? any help would be appreciated.
