W208 cab rear window adjustment

One of the rear windows goes up higher than it should do.
I`ve removed the inside panel to gain access and can clearly see how to adjust the bottom stops but its less obvious how to adjust the window from going up too far.

Any helpful advice with this would be appreciated.

I`ve given it 10 months, any ideas anyone?

as you say, its a window stop. its a small L shaped bracket with a plastic tip, its this tip/edge that breaks allowing the window to pass its correct position. If you take the side panel off, near the top center theres a small hole. through this you can get a torx driver to undo the bolt and extract the stop. be warned, it will drop as its next to impossible to get your hand in to hold the stop and undo the bolt
