W208 CLK Crystal Black LED Rear Lights

I've been hunting the internets for a set of black lights for my CLK, these are the blackest I have found...

Anyone else got them, or seen them IRL? I'm a bit worried they'll look somewhat poor when illuminated, and I don't want to fork out and end up not using them. Cheers.

While I'm at it, know anywhere one might acquire a (cheap) new grill that doesn't have a big star in it? An original one basically, so I can have it in black also! Been lurking ebay and nothing has shown up recently.

Try tail light tinting spray. One can will do a few sets of lights. Just spray a few coats until it gets to the required shade.
