W208 CLK Head Rest trim removal

Hi there,

Can anybody advise me on how to remove the plastic trim which the front head rests slide into on the seats?

I'm changing the colour of my interior and it's much easier to remove trim like this than try and mask it.

I can't see any screws, so I imagine it's a case of pulling it off but would rather confirm before I break anything!

you need to remove the rear of the seat panel first then you can see the plastic trims they are held in via clips you need to press these to remove the clips
