W208 front seat not enough plugs

Are there different wiring setups for the front seats? As the first pic is my current setup which are just basic electric seats, the second one is my new leather seats with memory and heated, I know that the memory and heated elements won't work as I don't have the wiring or the switches.

I believe that MB are not in the habit of installing looms/connectors for options that weren't selected at time of build, so it's entirely plausible that there's a different setup required for your new seats.

I could be wrong.

You are not wrong. When I had headlamp washers retrofitted to my C class we were one wire missing in the existing control loom to the reservoir, one wire!
