W208 roof pump computer says no

hello people my clk w208 convertable roof won't do any thing replaced the boot roof protector as was missing .release the handle windows drop etc no worrys press said button nothing so do it all by and . Have swaped the fuel pump relay for roof pump one and oil seemed ok ... So as roll bars work is there any way I can trick the pump into working as to see what if any thing is going one ? It's getting warm and would like to get this to work .. Also seems if I leave car over night 8 times out of ten I have to disconnect the battery to reset the windows and mirrors as they stop working red roof light on ??? Front Sam replaced .. Any help cheers guys

Hi, You need to get the car on a Star machine, or you will be replacing parts that you don't need to
