w208 rubber body trim question

Firstly hello from a mercedes newbie,
My first question for the guru's is: Is it possible to purchase the thin rubber strip that runs from the front of the rear wheel arch, across the door and to the back edge of the front wheel arch? As fitted to my 1999 clk230. If so could sombody possible let me know where i can purchase it Mine is currently rather tatty looking.
