It is probably the Heater Blower motor and/or the blower resistor mate :thumb:

Remove the nearside under dash panel ( 3 x philips screws ) then try banging the under side of the heater box with your hand to see if the blower will work.
If nothing then you will have to check the live feed and earth to the motor, you will see the multiplug where you were banging your hand

ok does any one know a rough price, il be taking it to my local mercedes indi.. shame thats the first thing to go on her.
thanks for the help guys....i really appreciate it

Check the motor brushes. There are load of threads on here about how to check and change them. Mine went in my W208 Cabrio. About 45 minutes work and £6 from e-bay. Definite DIY job

Could be any combination of the suggestions in reply to your post, when you take it to your mb specialist have them see if any related fault codes show up on star.

ok il take care of it, its in there now....to be honest the CLK is the weak link in the bunch..

Heater Motor

I had same problem with my CLK430 heater motor. There are a few guides showing the proceedure as previously stated for replacement/bush refit. I opted for a motor off ebay which cost £40 and took a few minutes of my time to fit. Problem solved. I have the one which I removed that I intend to change bushes on when time permits to make a serviceable unit again.

Just pleased it wasn't the right hand stepper motor because that requires the heater box to be removed. And that folks is not a job you want to do (unless the car owner authorises the cost).

well im sorry for the late reply on a update, i totaly forgot i posted this problem... well something wierd happened (happens alot to me and my little fleet of Mercedes) it fixed it self??? it just started working been ok all week, im not complaining..
