Are coolant low and washer fluid low errors linked in an way?
I've topped up both and both the errors are still showing on dashboard.
I now know both are full to the brim.

There used to be a shared sensor wiring on some MB cars.

Hopefully you haven't filled the coolant "to the brim". It needs space to expand.

On the 209 they are linked and either can trigger a warning. Faulty sensor is not uncommon. Also a faulty fan or control unit can trigger the warning. The simplest way to find the cause is ti get an Indie to plug in into Star. On our it was a faulty fan that triggered the warnings
