Mine have given up the ghost, fuse is OK. Can't quite see how they work, is there some central compressor and just piped water to the pop up bits?
Anyone have a diagram? Thanks Olly

Hi ollya mine were the same all I did was pull the flap down and then pull the washer jet out by hand and push it back in and it worked fine.

I to have the same prob i have opened the flap and cleaned them and also used wd40 still no joy very strange

I think the pressure from the pump causes them to rise. If you pull them up does it spay ok?

We had this on my wife's W209. The pump was the culprit, so it was replaced. A common fault apparently predominantly becasue of where it is located in the wheelarch/wing.

Hi,
well I lassoed the squirt bits and pull them on out a few times with a good squirt of WD40 but it's still as dead as a dodo (and the pump makes no noise)
Could anyone please give me abit more info on where it's located / how to remove it?

thanks Oliver

I would also like to know what side the light washer pump is on

Many thanks Jamie

My pump has gone as well just waiting on a replacement £46 approx plus fitting small job so i am told

I had this problem too!

The headlamp washpump was burned out.

The pump for the headlamp washers is in the bottom of the windscreen washer bottle.

The pump (the white one!) is a pushfit into the bottom of the bottle, you get to it by removing a cover at the front of the nearside wheelarch, as though you are going to replace the lower driving lamp bulb

My pump was a pattern part and was £20 from an internet dealer - forgotten who.

sorry - was off line for a loooong time.
just to add... I was able to resurrect my pump with copious manual rotation through the little holes and wd40. Just basically needed to get all the mud out of it!
