w209 steering wheel retrofit to w208?

Hi guys!
help needed in fitting the steering wheel clk w209 e class w211 and cls w219 style wheel to w208 model.
is that possible at all?
anyone has ever done something like that?
any tips and suggestions would be very much apressiated

Been told will have to replace the whole steering rack to do this
Any other ways to do it guys?

Only just seen this its not possible AFAIK as I looked into this as i wanted to swap a Brabus wheel I don't think you can swap the rack either as they are totally different I'm going to get mine recovered and reshaped with a flat bottom

gave up the idea to fit it to w208 and wondering if it would fit the prefacelift w211 2004 reg
took the original one off and was confused as the new steering wheel had two similar ports for multifunction options wire please see the pics and if you know anything about it the help would be very much appreciated

The airbag and multifunction wires all connected but the buttons on steering wheels doesn't work
Does it need a reprogram?
