W210 1999 interior lights

Tonight I just spotted a little LED bulb shining from out of the bottom of the interior rear view mirror. :bannana:
Wow, I've had the car for 4 months and not spotted it before, but actually not driven it much in the dark.

Who else didn't know they had this LED?

Is there meant to be a light in the cigarette lighter and / or front ash tray? The removable part of the ash tray has a small clear panel in the right hand side, like it was meant for a light to shine through, but the whole area is dark at night.

Have you also got the little lights on the back of the front seats that illuminates the rear footwells?

I just had a look and yes I have.
I also have them in the front footwells, but the one in the drivers' side doesn't work. So I can't look at my feet while I'm driving in the dark.
