I just had a look on ebay, they used to do pre-cut pipes but all seem to be getting lazy these days!

I would just replace injector 2 for now. Few options to choose from

1. MB - Waaay overpriced
2. Ebay - although no guarantees can be returned if faulty
3. New from ECP
4. Get yours refurbed
